Taman Nora

Kuopacific Land Sdn Bhd manages several land located on Taman Nora, Mukim Plentong, Ulu Tiram Malaysia. Specifically, we possess and manage Lot 485 and Lot 486, situated at approximate coordinates of 1.586927 latitude, 103.838376 longitude and 1.586972 latitude, 103.836815 longitude. It is an area that is still under development. The land is mostly flat and covered in palm oil plantations. There are also some small hills and valleys in the area. The climate is tropical, with hot and humid weather throughout the year.

The nearest town is Pasir Gudang, which is about 10 kilometers away. Pasir Gudang is a major industrial center, and home to many factories and refineries. At present, these lands are designated for agricultural purposes, aligning with the local landscape and requirements.  However, as part of our long-term development vision and in response to the evolving needs of the area, we are actively planning for a transition in land use. In the foreseeable future, we intend to convert these properties into spaces that serve industrial purposes, akin to the land use designations in the nearby Pasir Gudang Area. This strategic shift is in line with our commitment to contributing to the growth and progress of the region, aligning with the broader development goals of the community and industry.
