Permata Harapan School is a leading private IT and business school based in Batam. Our vision is to be able to become an educational institution based on technology and entrepreneurial business by utilizing a comfortable learning environment to produce students with academic and non-academic achievements who have noble character, who respect cultural values and uphold nationalism and patriotism value. We are the only school that uses the block schedule system in Batam. The block schedule system is a system for scheduling the school day, typically by replacing a more traditional schedule of six or seven 40 - 50 minutes daily periods with longer class periods that meet fewer times each day and week. There will be 5 subjects available for student every month. Mid-block will be held at the 11th meeting and Final Block will be held at the 22nd meeting, after entering the next block will be continued with the next 5 subjects.
We offer top class degree courses and continuing education options in several different program divisions. All educational, research and consulting activities are focused on finance, management, computing and IT. By finance, we mean cross-functional financial activities at all companies that deal with financial management including accounting, tax, and financial book keeping as well as budgeting. And by management, we mean classical corporate leadership, where managers deploy employees and resources in such a way that the company’s goals are met as cost-effectively as possible. By computing and IT, we mean that the newest and latest update of information technology including the usage of internet, network topography, basic programming, database programming, and also software development. We provide loving, caring, and encouraging environment which will spur the children to gain more experiences either in group or individual participation by enhancing the creativity of the children to develop children's skills and talent while guiding the children to be more independent, socially competent, and have high self-confidence.
